How long does the coffee stay fresh?

Coffee will keep for up to 9 months. Coffee can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two years.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely, If your delivery has arrived damaged, or our shipping
department is at fault you will be issued with a full refund.  

Please keep in mind, coffee is a perishable item, we cannot accept
returns or exchanges after 48 hours of the coffee arriving.   

How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?

Orders within the US ship within 3 to 5 business days via USPS, with a first-class delivery
time of 1 to 3 business days.  

Therefore, it’s estimated your coffee should arrive somewhere between 4 to 8 business days.

We understand the importance of having your daily coffee. 

If for any reason you have not received your coffee within 8 business
days, please contact us and we will happily follow it up for you.
